Pay: $22 – $26/hour
Part-time
Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
Location: Currently staffing cases in Murphy, NC (In-Home and in school Services)

  • What You’ll Do as a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs):Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
  • Follow treatment plans created by a BCBATrack and document client progress
  • Collaborate with families and team members
  • Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)40-hour RBT training required (if willing to complete it; resources available upon request)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
  • Experience with children (required)
  • Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Reliable transportation for local travel
