Warehouse Associate - Pick & Pack

Location: Chicago O’Hare area, IL — On-site

Pay: $18.00 per hour, plus applicable overtime

Available Schedules: We are hiring for two schedules. Please indicate your preferred schedule when applying. Schedule 1: Monday–Thursday

Hours: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Days off: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Schedule 2: Thursday–Sunday

Hours: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

Days off: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Saturday and Sunday availability is required for this schedule. Both schedules include a 30-minute unpaid lunch each day, totaling 38 paid hours per week. Applicants must be available to work all scheduled days and hours for their selected schedule. Overtime is only scheduled when necessary and approved by management.

Responsibilities: Pick customer orders using handheld barcode scanners and assigned warehouse locations. Verify product codes, item variations, and quantities to ensure each order is correct. Keep customer orders properly separated when picking multiple orders on a cart. Pack products securely, apply shipping labels, and prepare completed orders for shipment. Assist with receiving, sorting, labeling, and counting inventory. Report missing items, damaged products, and inventory discrepancies to a supervisor. Keep shelves, packing stations, and work areas organized and follow warehouse safety procedures.

Qualifications: Reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong attention to detail and the ability to count accurately. Ability to follow instructions and maintain a steady, accurate work pace. Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic computer systems, or willing to learn. Good communication and the ability to work with a team. Able to perform active warehouse duties, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling cartons, with or without reasonable accommodation. Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, picking, packing, or inventory experience is preferred.
