Halberstadt's Clothing is seeking a talented and experienced seamstress to join our team in Fargo, ND. As a Seamstress at Halberstadt's, you will be responsible for providing high-quality alterations and tailoring services to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about garment construction and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform alterations and tailoring services on a variety of garments, including suits, dresses, and other clothing items
- Take accurate measurements and ensure a perfect fit for each customer
- Sew, stitch, and hem garments using a variety of sewing techniques
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a seamstress or tailor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of different fabrics and garment construction techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
