A Way Home America is seeking an Organizing & Policy Fellow to advance state and local policy work. The fellow reports to AWHA’s Organizing and Policy Director and supports the New Deal: Transforming the Way Home initiative, coordinating with youth, advocates, and staff across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities include researching policy developments, preparing materials, staffing the Policy Crew, and supporting AWHA in meetings and events. Remote work with travel as needed.
