Wine & Spirits General Application

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated, friendly, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude when interacting with customers and fellow team members. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Assist customers with questions and general product needs. Be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed. Perform duties associated with the position or department to which the applicant is assigned. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented demeanor. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a relaxed, friendly, yet professional demeanor. Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be available to work nights and weekends as needed. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment, including refrigerated areas.
