Global Corporate Counsel: M&A, Subsidiaries & Securities

Intapp in Charlotte, NC, is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to lead US and international subsidiary governance, oversee M&A diligence, and provide securities support for our NASDAQ-listed company. You will draft board materials and resolutions, manage registrations and filings, coordinate with outside counsel, and partner with leadership to move deals and strategic initiatives quickly in a hybrid, collaborative environment.
