Part-Time Customer Service and Delivery Specialist

Hours: 20–25 hours per week Schedule: Weekdays, daytime hours Pay: Competitive hourly rate + mileage reimbursement Location: In person About the Position New Streams Medical is a Christ-centered Durable Medical Equipment (DME) rental company serving Skilled Nursing Facilities throughout South Carolina. We believe healthcare is a calling and strive to serve patients, families, and care teams with excellence and Christ-like compassion. We are looking for a dependable, service-oriented individual to join our team in delivering, maintaining, and managing medical equipment throughout the Lowcountry in addition to some administrative support.

Responsibilities: Deliver, set up, and pick up medical equipment at Skilled Nursing Facilities. Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory. Clean and disinfect equipment according to company procedures. Complete delivery documentation accurately. Communicate equipment needs and issues to the operations team. Provide excellent customer service and represent our Christ-centered mission.
