E-Commerce Order Processing & Customer Service Coordinator Looking for your next opportunity in customer service, order processing, e-commerce, or shipping? Protech Staffing is hiring an E-Commerce Order Processing & Customer Service Coordinator in Corona, CA! We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with computers, and experienced with processing customer orders. Experience with Amazon, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, NetSuite, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus!
Position: E-Commerce Order Processing & Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Corona, CA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time
Department: Operations
What You'll Do:
- Process and manage daily customer and e-commerce orders
- Enter and update orders using Excel, NetSuite, and internal systems
- Process orders from Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other online marketplaces
- Print packing slips, shipping labels, and order documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely shipments
- Track orders and shipments and help resolve delivery issues
- Assist with Amazon FBA and inventory replenishment orders
- Process returns, replacements, credits, and RMAsAssist with wholesale orders and shipping documentation
- Schedule carrier pickups and communicate shipping requirements
- Respond to customer questions through email, chat, and online marketplaces
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping concerns, returns, and product questions
- Maintain accurate customer, order, inventory, and shipping records
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service, order processing, data entry, shipping, logistics, or e-commerce experience
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Working knowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong data entry and attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience That Is A Plus:
- Amazon Seller Central / Amazon FBAShopifyWalmart Marketplace
- NetSuite or other ERP systemsE-commerce order fulfillment
- Shipping and logistics
- Returns / RMA processing
- Wholesale order processing
