Type: Direct HireCompensation: $65K - $70K pending overall experienceWork Model: OnsiteHours: Mon-Fri; 8:30am-5pmResponsibilitiesDevelop, coordinate, and maintain production schedules to ensure efficient workflow across all work centersBalance customer demand, material availability, labor capacity, and equipment constraints to support on-time delivery, cost control, and operational standards complianceCoordinate production schedules across manufacturing work centers to maximize efficiency and throughputCreate and adjust daily, weekly, and long-range production schedules based on customer demand, forecasts, production capacity, and material availabilityEvaluate labor availability, machine capacity, and equipment constraints to support effective capacity planningCollaborate with Supply Chain and Materials Management teams to confirm raw material and component availability for scheduled productionMonitor production progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and revise schedules proactively to ensure on-time deliveriesMaintain accurate production scheduling data within the ERP/MRP systemGenerate and analyze reports on schedule adherence, production performance, capacity utilization, and operational efficiencyPartner with manufacturing leadership to identify scheduling improvements and implement continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsBS degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, manufacturing operations, or a related roleExperience working with ERP/MRP systems in manufacturing environmentsStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, work centers, production flow, and scheduling methodologiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and production scheduling softwareAbility to interpret demand forecasts, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and capacity planning data
