Preschool Teacher – Early Childhood Education

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Alaqua Lakes center to nurture and inspire young learners. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom, implement age-appropriate curriculum, and support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development. You’ll partner closely with families, document progress, and uphold all health and safety standards. Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and curriculum. Monitor children’s development and share observations with families. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on daily operations. Build strong, positive relationships with children and families. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Early childhood classroom management Lesson and activity planning Child development knowledge (infant–pre-K) Health, safety, and hygiene practices Observation and documentation of child progress Parent and family communication Behavior guidance and positive reinforcement Team collaboration in center-based care Basic computer skills for documentation Knowledge of licensing and compliance standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) State-specific early childhood education credential (where required) Background check and eligibility to work with children
