Senior Director, M&A Strategy & Transactions

Kaseya is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Director, M&A to lead mergers and acquisitions and drive corporate development initiatives that support growth and value creation. This role collaborates with the VP of Strategy & Operations, CFO/COO, and executive team to manage strategy, valuation, due diligence, negotiations, and deal execution. The ideal candidate brings substantial M&A experience, strong financial and analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage complex transactions while
