Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate insurance coverage for individuals and families. Schedule and conduct appointments to generate new business opportunities. Identify opportunities to introduce additional insurance products to meet customer needs. Explain policy features, benefits, and coverage options. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized service. Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and claims-related needs. Maintain accurate customer records and follow applicable insurance regulations. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive: Part-time employment opportunity.$19 - $22/Hourly pay with additional commission and bonus opportunities.
