Driver Pay Rates: Earn $68,000 - $85,000 per year Trainees: Start at $0.60 Cents per MileNEW PAY INCREASE: Experienced Drivers Earn $0.64 - $0.69 Cents per Mile, Depending on Experience! All miles paid loaded or empty unless going home Extra Stop/Pickup pay at $40 per stop Lumper: Paid by JBS - No driver unloads unless they want to ($2.50 per thousand pounds) Breakdown Pay: $16/hour after 2 hours, with a max of 10 hours Layover Pay: $140 for each instance after idle for 24 hours (Must be available for work during this time) In Transit Layover Pay: Loads with multiple drops $160 per occurrence per 24-hour delay Benefits & Bonuses:$3,000 RETENTION BONUS!!
