Clinic Nurse Manager Community Health is seeking an outstanding Clinic Nurse Manager to lead and support our Lander and Riverton Clinics. This full-time leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the front and back office, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery for our patients and providers. We are looking for a results-driven leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and brings a passion for excellence in clinical care, patient satisfaction, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, patient flow, and internal processes
- Implement and enforce CHCCW policies and compliance standards
- Manage clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and hiring
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Chief Medical Officer to ensure quality clinical outcomes
- Monitor inventory and supply needs and coordinate with purchasing
- Conduct internal audits and ensure accuracy of billing and daily receipts
- Serve as a liaison between departments and represent CHCCW in community engagement activities
