We’re looking for a hands-on IT Manager to own internal IT operations while supporting databases, QA, and technical support in a high-growth environment. This is not a passive role — you’ll be in the systems, in the data, and in the releases.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Own internal IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, and device management
- Support and maintain SQL Server databases (backups, restores, performance, access)
- Perform manual QA testing for SaaS releases (regression, smoke, release validation)
- Validate database changes, stored procedures, and data integrity
- Provide Tier 2 / Tier 3 technical support for internal teams and customer escalations
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success on incidents and releases
- Support security and compliance efforts (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise reviews)
- Help scale IT, QA, and Support processes as the company grows✅ What We’re Looking For 5+ years in IT Operations / IT Management (SaaS preferred)
- At least 5 years managing technical teams (IT, Support, QA, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and MySQLExperience doing manual QA in a SaaS environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, databases, and systems
- Experience providing Tier 2 / Tier 3 tech support
- Comfortable in fast-paced, startup-style environments
- Able to work onsite in NYC (hybrid flexibility)⭐ Nice to HaveSaaS or hospitality tech experience
- Azure SQL / cloud database exposure
