Cellicor is seeking to hire a Process Development Engineer – Cell Therapy. This position sits within the MSAT organization and will have a strong focus on hands-on process development, including cell culture, bioreactor studies, process scale-up, and supporting the transition of processes into GMP manufacturing. Requirements & Qualifications for the Process Development Engineer:2–4 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, biologics, cell therapy, or gene therapy Hands-on cell culture and aseptic processing experience Experience within Process Development, MSAT, or Manufacturing Exposure to bioreactors, upstream processing, process scale-up, or technology transfer is preferred Knowledge or exposure to cGMP manufacturing Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skillsBS and/or MS in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biological Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related scientific discipline Engineering degree preferred, but not required Responsibilities for the Process Development Engineer: Assist with designing, executing, and documenting process development experiments Perform hands-on laboratory and cell culture/process development activities Support bioreactor process development and scale-upSupport technology transfer from Process Development into Manufacturing Help implement processes into GMP manufacturing Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting during manufacturing operations Support manufacturing readiness and GMP batch execution Collaborate with Process Development, MSAT, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams Support technical documentation including SOPs, protocols, batch records, and reports
