Rich Products Corporation in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a QA Technician to assure food safety through HACCP compliance monitoring, corrective actions, and deviation reporting. This is a 3rd shift role (Mon-Fri 8:30 p.m.–5 a.m. and every other Sunday 8:30 p.m.–5 a.m.).
You will document results, review data, conduct product and process capability studies, perform lab testing and calibrations, and support quality improvements using PLM, QDMS, SAP and Minitab.
