Night Charge Nurse - ED Leader

UofL Health in Louisville, KY seeks a Charge Nurse for the Medical Center Southwest ED, nights 7P-7A. You will support the Clinical Manager and Nursing Director in daily unit operations, staffing, and patient flow, while upholding professional nursing standards. You will mentor staff, participate in performance evaluations, drive quality improvement, and promote compassionate, patient-centered care across shifts. Magnet initiative involvement and strong teamwork are encouraged.
