Retail Shipping and Receiving Associate

Abercrombie & Fitch is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support store and e‑commerce operations. In this role, you will unload deliveries, verify and process incoming merchandise, prepare and pack outbound shipments, and maintain organized stockrooms that align with brand visual standards. You’ll accurately use inventory systems to track product flow, monitor discrepancies, and assist with cycle counts. Partnering closely with store and merchandising teams, you’ll help ensure timely product availability, safeguard inventory, and support an efficient, customer-focused retail environment. Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Verify packing lists and update inventory management systems Organize and replenish stockroom and back-of-house storage areas Prepare, pack, and label outbound shipments to stores or customers Maintain accurate inventory counts and support regular cycle counts Report and help resolve shipment or inventory discrepancies Follow company safety, loss prevention, and handling procedures Coordinate with sales and merchandising teams to prioritize product flow Operate basic material handling equipment as required Keep shipping, receiving, and stock areas clean and compliant with standards Inventory management systems Order picking and packing Shipping and receiving procedures Barcode scanning equipment Basic data entry Material handling and stockroom organization Cycle counting and reconciliation Labeling and documentation for shipments Basic safety and OSHA knowledge Time management in fast-paced retail environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Forklift or pallet jack certification (preferred) OSHA safety training (preferred)
