Long Hollow Kids Ministry Position We are a community living out our God-given calling as we follow Jesus and make disciples every day and empower others to do the same. Rooted in our faith and centered on Christ, we seek to reflect His heart in all we do—serve others, grow together, and advance His mission with purpose and passion. Jesus leads our way. We look to Him as our ultimate example, guide, and authority. His life and teachings shape our decisions, our culture, and our direction. Unity protects our purpose. We believe we are stronger together. By honoring one another, communicating openly, and working collaboratively, we safeguard the mission entrusted to us. Faithfulness builds our future. We are committed to stewarding our responsibilities with integrity and consistency, trusting that daily obedience produces lasting impact. Rest restores our soul. We value rhythms of Sabbath and renewal, recognizing that abiding in Christ fuels sustainable, healthy ministry. Joy sets our tone. We approach our work with gratitude and hope, confident in God's goodness and expectant for what He will do through us. Working at Long Hollow is more than a job.
