Head of Performance Creative & Video Growth

Everyday Dose, Inc. is hiring a senior leader to run the creative engine for paid video ads. You will hire and lead a pod of creative strategists and editors, set the concept volume, testing cadence, and the pipeline from insight to launch to read and iterate. You will translate performance data into creative frameworks, build personas, and own content acquisition, guardrails, and cross-functional collaboration across product, CX, and Growth.
