Senior Director, Individual Giving & Donor Engagement (Hybrid)

KIPP NYC is seeking a Senior Director, Individual Giving to lead our individual giving strategy. You will manage a diverse donor portfolio, develop moves-management plans, and cultivate major gifts while aligning with program priorities across campuses. Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will shape donor engagement through compelling storytelling and strategic events, traveling to campuses in the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan as needed.
