We are hiring a Service Lead Technician in Deer Park, NY Pay starting at $30 plus, Based on Experience Se habla Español! You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Duties And Responsibilities: Roof maintenance and repairs Maintain professional interaction with all customers Manage commercial roofing systems, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tiles/shingles)

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old 5+ years experience working on commercial roofing systems A valid driver's license Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers. Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability. Technology savvy.

Working Conditions: Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature. Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
