Occupational Therapist - Prime Time For Kids

Responsibilities: Supervise and support occupational therapy clinicians, physical therapists, and student fellows. Coordinate and oversee occupational therapy services provided in accordance with IEPs. Assess children's fine motor, visual-motor, sensory processing, functional, and other developmental needs. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and evaluate participant progress. Provide clinical guidance and support to therapists and participate in staff evaluations. Maintain accurate clinical documentation, attendance records, progress notes, and program statistics. Prepare progress reports and evaluation results for families, school districts, County personnel, and other members of the treatment team. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and collaborate with CPSE and multidisciplinary team members.

Qualifications: Current New York State Occupational Therapy license. Pediatric occupational therapy experience preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with preschool-aged children, families, and school districts preferred.
