You will oversee the sales teams, external partners, and strategic channels to grow a stable, high‑quality shareholder base. You will report to the CEO and COO, build a scalable distribution platform, and drive measurable capital inflows, leveraging an AI‑driven approach across research, coverage, and sales processes.
