Art Producer

Job Description: About the Role We’re looking for a highly adaptable, future-facing Creative Producer who thrives at the intersection of big creative thinking, world-class production, and emerging technology. You’re not just a logistics master—you’re a creative force and problem solver who is obsessed with making incredible work happen. One day you might be leading a major stills or live-action production, and the next you’re exploring how generative AI, virtual production, or emerging technology can completely transform the way we create. If you’re a relentless learner, fearless multitasker, creative problem-solver, and someone who brings infectious energy to every room, we want you on our team. This is an opportunity to help shape what production looks like next —not simply follow where it’s been. Responsibilities What You’ll Do Lead Hybrid Productions: Own end-to-end production for still photography and live-action projects, from initial brief through delivery. Lead CGI & AI Productions: Bring ambitious AI and CGI concepts to life, guiding projects from the initial idea all the way to beautifully polished stills and video. Make the Impossible Happen: Navigate complex challenges, move quickly, and find smart, creative solutions that keep great ideas moving forward. Embrace the Hustle: Juggle multiple, diverse projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on craft, quality, and detail. Be a Cross-Functional Powerhouse: Operate without borders. Jump across teams, disciplines, and production challenges wherever you can make an impact. Elevate the Creative: Partner closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Writers, and other creative talent to push ideas further and make work that gets noticed. Drive New Ways of Working: Challenge traditional production models and actively look for opportunities to make our processes smarter, faster, more efficient, and more exciting. Qualifications Requirements & Qualifications End-to-End Production & Management: Proven, hands-on experience producing stills, live-action video, and post-production, with a track record of successfully managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced creative environments. Proven Curiosity in Emerging Tech: Demonstrated experimentation with tools like AI, AR, or virtual production—we want to hear about what you’ve tested, what you ve learned, and how your curiosity drives you.

Exceptional Soft Skills: Highly organized problem-solver and strong negotiator with the ability to build seamless relationships across creatives, clients, vendors, and internal teams. Who You Are Innovation-Forward: You don’t believe in doing something simply because “that’s how it’s always been done.” You’re constantly questioning, experimenting, and finding better ways to bring ideas to life. Deeply Passionate about AI & Future Tech: You’re fascinated by the rapid evolution of AI and emerging technology. You’re already playing with new tools—or you’re incredibly excited to get started—and you’re eager to discover how they can unlock new creative possibilities. A Relentless Learner: You have an insatiable appetite to learn. New technology, production techniques, software, workflows—you’re always looking for the next thing to master. Excited by Change: Where others see chaos, you see possibility. You’re energized by fast-moving environments, evolving briefs, and an industry that is constantly reinventing itself. A Creative Problem-Solver: You’re resourceful, curious, and calm under pressure. When someone says, “Can we actually do this?” your instinct is to figure out how we can. A Great Hang: Production can be intense. You bring resilience, optimism, generosity, and great energy to the team. You’re someone people genuinely want beside them when the pressure is on—and when the wrap party starts. If you’re excited by the idea of making what’s next, we’d love to meet you. Compensation Range Compensation Range: USD $66,120.00 – USD $97,440.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
