Full-Time | Multiple Openings | Greater Pittsburgh Area & Westmoreland County, PAScarmazzi Homes, based in Canonsburg, PA, is seeking two experienced, full-time Residential Construction Project Managers to lead residential construction projects from start to finish. In this role, Project Managers will oversee construction timelines, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure each home is delivered on schedule with exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors and enforce scopes of work
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion
- Perform quality inspections and manage punch lists
- Oversee budgets, materials, and job site organization
- Ensure compliance with plans, codes, and company standards
- Utilize construction technology and online scheduling tools to manage projects efficiently
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of residential construction experience
- Strong knowledge of trade sequencing and construction methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred: Townhome or multi-family experience (not required)
