Superintendent

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily field operations for cladding projects from mobilization through closeout. Coordinate directly with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and onsite trades to maintain project schedule, quality, and safety. Read and interpret construction drawings, panel shop drawings, and specifications. Ensure proper installation methods are followed for all cladding systems, includingIMP, ACM, and other architectural panel systems. Proactively identify and resolve field challenges and conflicts. Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, site photos, and safety logs. Conduct regular site safety inspections and enforce company safety standards.

Qualifications: 3+ years of construction field supervision experience, preferably in exterior envelope or metal panel systems. Proven experience managing subcontractors and site coordination on commercial jobs. Knowledge ofInsulated Metal Panels (IMP)orAluminum Composite Panels (ACM)is highly preferred. Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and installation manuals. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel to regional job sites as needed.
