Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels, explaining contractual and regulatory guidelines
Manage contracting, licensing, appointments, terminations, and renewals while ensuring compliance with regulations
Establish accurate pay structures and submit forms to state insurance departments on timeRequired qualificationsExperience in a fast-paced production environment with the ability to adapt to frequent business and regulatory changes
