Registered Nurse First Assist – Operating Room

HCA Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) OR First Assist on a PRN (as-needed) basis to join our progressive surgical teams. As a critical part of the surgical team, the RN First Assist will work across nearly 2,000 sites of care, including advanced surgery centers, contributing to our mission of improving human life by providing state-of-the-art care to every patient. Provide direct assistance to surgeons during surgical procedures. Participate in patient assessment and surgical planning. Perform intra-operative techniques such as tissue handling, providing exposure, suturing, and wound closure. Ensure all operating procedures comply with safety and health regulations. Collaborate with the surgical team to promote patient recovery and outcomes.
