Director, Land Protection & Conservation Strategy

Big Waters Land Trust is seeking a Director to advance our land and water conservation mission. You will lead the Land Protection Program, set priorities, and guide negotiations within delegated authority, ensuring real estate documents are prepared and standards maintained for accreditation. You will collaborate with partners, donors, volunteers, and funding agencies to accelerate land conservation while upholding our mission and brand. The role reports to the Chief Program Officer.
