Extract Production

Pay: $19.50 Per Hour Shifts: 1st Shift 4:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Sunday - Wednesday (every other Wednesday off) 2nd Shift 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 a.m. Wednesday - Saturday (every other Wednesday off)

Location: Fort Collins

Job Duties: Responsible for bean chopping, dual runs, and Master Cleaning Sheets (MCS) operations, and quickly progress to product filtering, liquid blending, tank blending, and pilot percolation then extraction, etc. Safely retrieve materials for production, weigh, bag, pack, unpack, label, and store finished products or bulk ingredients. Must be willing to learn to drive a fork lift. Store all ingredients properly and safely, utilizing Julian dates and FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation methodologies. Assist operators with pre-operation setup in accordance with SOPs; set up, break down, and make necessary adjustments to primary machinery and ancillary equipment. Operate facility equipment including the bean chopping machine, pneumatic pallet jacks, electric jacks (E-jacks), tape guns, scales, pumps, barrel lift equipment, and forklifts. Execute all required inventory and production transactions accurately on terminal software. Follow strict QC sampling procedures, report any quality deviations immediately, and adhere closely to FSSC 22000, GMP, and HACCP standards. Why work for Advance Services, Inc.
