Senior Manager, Franchise Marketing New York City, NY or Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Franchise Marketing | Local Marketing (LM) | Multi-Unit Operations | Digital Marketing | Brand Strategy | CRM | Paid Media | Lead Generation Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Franchise Marketing to drive marketing performance across a large multi-unit network. This role serves as a strategic partner to franchise owners, operations leaders, and agency partners, helping accelerate lead generation, membership acquisition, customer retention, and local market growth.
What You'll Do:- Lead franchise marketing strategy and local marketing initiatives across assigned markets
- Support franchisees with digital marketing, paid media, promotions, CRM, social media, email marketing, and community engagement
- Develop and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns that drive leads, sales, and retention
- Manage marketing technology, creative asset platforms, and brand-compliant marketing toolkits
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI, KPIs, and customer acquisition metrics
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, creative, analytics, and agency teams
- Share franchisee training, marketing best practices, and performance insights
- Mentor and develop a Marketing Associate
What We're Looking For:- 5+ years of experience in franchise marketing, field marketing, local marketing, digital marketing, brand marketing, account management, or media strategy
- Experience supporting multi-unit, franchise, retail, consumer services, hospitality, fitness, restaurant, or service-based businesses
- Strong knowledge of paid media, lead generation, customer acquisition, marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and marketing technology platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive measurable business results
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
