Project Manager:
  • Develop and execute timelines to support the customer’s new product launches by planning with appropriate TCI Sales and sales support team members.
  • Work with designated sales support team members on open projects, to support the execution and to guide on priorities.
  • Owner of Project Communication between Customers, Tokiwa Sales & HQ
  • Build and maintain excellent internal relationships with cross functional teams
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Duties and responsibilities:
  • To create and maintain excellent customers relationships to maximize growth and project potential.
  • Effectively maintain and retain new and existing customers by building effective long-term relationships and customer loyalty
  • Update and maintain CRM (Salesforce) database accordingly
  • Issue internal requests for preliminary timelines, regulatory review, and prototype development work
  • To work with designated sales support team members on open projects, to support the execution and to guide on priorities.
  • Build and maintain excellent internal relationships with cross functional teams
  • Help generate data to accurately predict annual sales budget and periodic sales forecast in terms of volumes and turnover.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications & SkillsHigh School Diploma as a minimum; preferably Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2-3 years in a similar role and in the color cosmetic industry
  • Customer Centric mentality Strong customer service skillsknowledgeable in the development process of cosmetic products, project management Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation / Influencing skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, strong ability to work on a team and work cross-functionally
  • Can-do, problem-solving mentality Effective workload planning, organization skills, ability to prioritize
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Microsoft Office Suite, computer skills required
  • Salesforce & SAP experience a plus
