Thompson First Group is seeking Mill Operators for direct hire opportunities with a local manufacturing client. Candidates with experience working in heavy industrial settings are encouraged to apply.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Duties will include the operation of furnaces, casters, cranes, handling equipment, mobile equipment and crushing, blending and screening systems.
- Education and/or Experience
- Must have extensive experience and interest in hot metal foundry industry, steel mill, or heavy industrial manufacturing environment
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with team members and hold a high school diploma.
