We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support multi-state and international payroll operations for a growing organization with over 1,000 employees. In this role, you'll ensure accurate, timely, and fully compliant payroll delivery while working closely with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do:
Manage multi-state and international payroll processing and tax complianceSupport year-end processes and ensure accurate reporting and filingsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyCollaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments on payroll-related mattersGenerate reports and analyze payroll data using Excel and HRIS systemsMaintain compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulationsRequired Qualifications:13 years of hands-on experience with multi-state payroll taxStrong working knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulationsExperience supporting year-end processes and driving process improvementsHigh attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft ExcelPreferred Qualifications:48 years of overall payroll processing experienceHRIS reporting experienceExperience with UKG ProStrong problem-solving skillsExposure to pre-tax and post-tax benefit plansInternational payroll experience is a plusKeywords: Payroll Specialist, Multi-State Payroll, International Payroll, Payroll Tax, UKG Pro, HRIS, Excel, Year-End Processing, Bala Cynwyd, Philadelphia Payroll Jobs
