Job TitleThis is a full time position with benefits! Duties include but are not limited to: Detail inside and outside of rental vehicles. Assist in maintaining inventory control for the agency. Inspects rental vehicles upon return for damage. Notifies Rental Manager of vehicles needing service. Shuttles rental customers to and from dealerships. Treat all customers with respect and dignity. May also be called upon to assist the Xpel Installation center. Maintain a professional appearance. Ensures rental lot is clean and organized. Requires Driving a motor vehicle and is a Safety Sensitive position Ensures complete customer satisfaction! Applicants are subject to a pre-employment driving record check, background check and drug test. In accordance with RCW 49.44.240 this position is identified as Safety Sensitive and is subject to pre-employment drug screening including cannabis.
Compensation and Benefits:
$17.50 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience Annual performance and pay review Weekly pay 401K with employer match up to 50% of 5% Medical, Dental, Life, and Vision Insurance starting the first of the month after hire Paid Vacation after 90 days of employment General Population Vacation Accrual: 90 days = 24 hours 1 Year = 48 hours 2 Years = 88 hours 3 Years = 96 hours 5 Years = 136 hours 10+ Years = 160 hours Note: Accrual earned at 90 days must be used prior to 1 year anniversary as it does not carry over.
