Concrete Manufacturing Finisher/LaborerStonecast Products is hiring a Concrete Manufacturing Finisher/Laborer to join our Stripping Crew. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn hands-on precast concrete production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.$500 Hiring Bonus!!After training (approximately 36 months), you will be expected to perform the following stripping tasks with little to no direction: Remove tarps, ropes, and bows from concrete beds and store properlyPop and remove magnets, rubber inserts, end caps, and side forms without damaging themCut and remove strand using a cut-off saw while following all safety proceduresWear required PPE, including face shield, during the entire cut-down processRemove chucks from dead strand and place in designated areasEnsure all objects are cleared from beds prior to liftingClean plates using wire brushes to remove concreteParticipate in panel cleaningRemove recess members and ensure lifters are clearSpray all strands with green epoxy paintMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaSafety ExpectationsAlways wear required PPE (no exceptions): safety glasses, steel-toed boots, vest, gloves, face shield when cutting or grindingApply safety training to daily tasksRecognize and report hazards immediatelyTake safety seriously and ask questions when unsureQuality ExpectationsPerform work that meets Stonecast quality standardsShow attention to detail and consistencyTake pride in producing clean, damage-free panelsFollow instructions exactly as givenEquipment & ToolsLearn safe and proper use of hand and power toolsClean and store tools daily in designated areasTreat company equipment with careWhat We're Looking ForStrong attendance and punctualityWillingness to learn and follow directionAbility to read a tape measure and perform basic mathPositive attitude and strong work ethicTeam player who can also work independently
