APPLY NOWNight Shift Scheduling Coordinator | 7 Days On / 7 Days Off | ~$72K+We are partnering with a growing organization that is looking to add a Night Shift Scheduling Coordinator to its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is comfortable making decisions, and wants a unique schedule that provides 7 consecutive days off every other week. Schedule & Compensation: • 7 days on / 7 days off • 12-hour overnight shifts beginning at 6:00 PM • $27/hour with significant built-in overtime • Approximately $72K annually based on the typical schedule and overtime, with additional earning potential • 5% bonus opportunity • Additional holiday pay when working holidays during your rotation
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinate and manage time-sensitive scheduling and operational activity throughout your shift
- Monitor changing priorities and adjust schedules as situations develop
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to keep operations running smoothly
- Identify potential issues and determine when escalation is necessary
- Maintain accurate information and track activity using Excel and internal systems
- Manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
- Take ownership of issues and help drive them through resolution
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Strong math skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
- A proactive, go-getter mentality and willingness to learn
We are looking for someone with the right attitude, problem-solving ability, and communication skills who can learn the operation.
