Day-to-day Responsibilities: Support one or more healthcare operations strategy workstreams supporting senior Military Health System and Defense Health Agency stakeholders. Define workstream approaches, manage plans and dependencies, facilitate client discussions, synthesize complex information, and develop strategic recommendations. Provide day-to-day client leadership, guide team members, manage risks and issues, and ensure all analyses and executive-ready products meet quality standards and support timely decisions. Expected Deliverables: "Integrated workstream plans, milestones, and status reporting Executive briefings, decision materials, and leadership presentations Strategic plans, roadmaps, and implementation recommendations Current- and future-state operating models and process maps Stakeholder engagement, communications, and meeting materials Risk, issue, dependency, and decision management artifacts Process improvement assessments and prioritized recommendations Final-quality work products ready for senior client review"

Education: "Bachelor's degree required MPH, RN, MHA, or similar preferred"
