Technical Product Manager, AI Delivery
Required Skills & Experience: Own sprint methodology execution across all active AI tools. This includes running planning, standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives and ensuring that every pilot in the active portfolio has a clear scope, a measurable success criterion, and a named decision owner before it starts. Translates approved use cases from the business into specific product requirements such as user stories, acceptance criteria, data requirements, integration specifications and AI evaluation metrics. Manages the pilot intake pipeline mechanics including the intake form, evaluation process, scoring and the documentation that supports the decision. Owns the product lifecycle from pilot approval to production deployment; tracking pilot progress against success criteria, flagging scope creep and timeline risk managing the handoff from pilot to production. Maintains the program's delivery metrics and pilot portfolio dashboard to include active pilots by Corporate Service Unit (internal teams and functions), success rate, time from intake to decision, time from approval to first user and net ROI for closed pilots to ensure current data.
