Responsibilities: Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, extensions, and texturing to meet client preferences and enhance their natural beauty Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in accordance with industry regulations Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and styling tips tailored to each client's needs Engage in client communication to understand their desired look and offer professional suggestions for hair coloring, threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care services Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue through retail math techniques Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication skills and collaboration

Qualifications: Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry preferred Proficiency with salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment management and retail sales tracking Strong knowledge of hair coloring techniques, color theory, hair extensions, hair styling trends, and sanitation practices Skilled in barbering techniques including use of straight razors and hair threading methods Experience with advanced services like eyelash extensions and makeup application is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while managing client appointments and retail sales Knowledge of retail sales strategies including upselling and retail math to support store management goals Join us to inspire confidence through stunning transformations!
