Journeyman Commercial Sheet Metal Mechanic

Job Responsibilities: Install commercial HVAC ductwork and sheet metal systems. Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and construction plans. Measure, lay out, fabricate, fit, and install sheet metal components. Install ductwork, fittings, and related HVAC components according to project specifications. Use hand tools, power tools, and sheet metal installation equipment. Maintain quality workmanship and follow jobsite safety procedures. Coordinate with other trades to meet project deadlines.

Requirements: Journeyman-level commercial sheet metal experience required. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC ductwork installation. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Ability to work 10-hour shifts, 6 days per week. Reliable attendance and commitment to jobsite safety. Ability to work effectively on a commercial construction project. Pay & Project Details $32–$36 per hour, based on experience.$178 per day per diem for qualified out-of-town workers. Direct-hire position. Approximately one year of anticipated project duration. Overtime opportunities based on the project schedule. Six positions available.
