AI Policy & Federal Affairs Lead

Reflection AI is seeking a hands-on federal affairs professional to lead our engagement with Congress and the Executive Branch. You will own Reflection AI's federal legislative agenda, drive strategy and execution, and build relationships to turn policy goals into policy wins. You will manage the full lobbying cycle, monitor relevant legislation, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to advance our open AI policy priorities on the Hill.
