Overview:
We are currently seeking Robot Operators for a prominent manufacturing facility located in the Eclectic area. A manufacturing robot operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring automated robotic systems and robotic arms to assemble, weld, sort, or package products.________________________________________Job Summary / Purpose The primary goal is to operate automated equipment safely and efficiently, make minor programming or speed adjustments, inspect finished products for quality, and prevent production delays or equipment downtime.
Skills and Experience:- Responsibilities:Load materials, start production cycles
- Monitor robot performance, adjust parameters as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Respond to basic errors; escalate complex issues
- Perform routine cleaning and inspections
- Record run times, scraps, and maintenanceQualifications:High school diploma or GED; technical certifications a plus
- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Familiar with basic computer interfaces and robot control (experience with Fanuc preferred)
- Detail-oriented and focused on quality
- Compliant with safety protocols and PPE requirements
