Responsibilities:
- Support RNs/providers with detox and rehab care plans
- Monitor withdrawal symptoms and vital trends
- Administer medications and document per policy
- Assist with intake assessments and care coordination
- Encourage patients through education and therapeutic engagement
Qualifications:
Active Texas LVN license; BLS required 1+ year clinical experience (behavioral/rehab/detox preferred)
Team-oriented with strong patient advocacy
Schedule & Pay:
- Evening or Night shifts (8s or 12s)$29 to $34/hr DOE + differentials
- Long-term, permanent placement pathway
