Each consultation includes a comprehensive review of a patients electronic health record. Teladoc physicians treat a variety of conditions and if medically appropriate, prescribe medication. With patient approval, Teladoc can send a record of the consultation to the patients physician to ensure continuity of care. Teladocs U.S. board-certified, state-licensed doctors can diagnose, recommend treatment and prescribe medication for many non-emergency medical issues.
