Grading Lead Equipment Operator

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Use heavy construction machinery to load and/or move various materials Read specifications, blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures Resolve problems when they arise Properly follows RSG Landscaping and OSHA safety procedures. Other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: Valid Virginia Driver’s License GED/High School Diploma preferred 3 plus years of proven experience as a Grading/Sitework/Utility Foreman Completion of an OSHA 10-Hour Construction Course (Preferred)WORK ENVIRONMENT & CONDITIONS This position requires a flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, holidays, and/or overtime Must be able to climb, maintain body equilibrium, reach, grasp, bend and walk/stand/sit for extended periods of time Must be able to hear and see naturally or with correction Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds This position requires working in the internal and external environment Ability to work independently and as a team Ability to work under pressure with time constraints in a changing environment Ability to effectively communicateSALARY:$19.00-$28.00/per hour dependent on experienceRSG Landscaping, LLC. conducts Pre-Employment, Random, Post Incident drug screens.
