Land & Right Of Way - Due Diligence Agent IIPayrate: $45-50/hr. W-2, depending on experience.

We are seeking a Land & Right Of Way - Due Diligence Agent II for our Fortune 100 mid-stream oil and gas client. This position is 'onsite' and has the potential to go full-time/direct with the client.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for performing tasks and due diligence associated with understanding and interpreting easements and the diverse provisions that are in newer easements.
- Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys, and plats
- Some database experience
- Some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title)
- Some experience with GIS (e.g. Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.) is helpful
Required:- MUST have midstream / gathering system experience
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently or with a team
