AVP Training Lead — Hybrid Learning & Leadership

Bridgewater Bank seeks a Training Lead to support training strategy and delivery for the Deposit Services team. Reporting to the AVP, the role manages the Training Facilitator and helps design and maintain the training structure for Deposit Services. You will partner with leaders to identify gaps, develop materials, and coordinate large-scale training sessions for process changes, system updates, and ongoing development.
